Methane content in biogas was determined by a gas chromatograph (Agilent Technologies, 6890 N) equipped with a thermal conductivity detector (TCD). Samples from Day 10, 50 and 90 were extracted to detect hydrolase (amylase, protease and lipase) activities by their corresponding commercial kits (ELISA, Shanghai Hengyuan Biotechnology Co, ltd.).
