PYRA (CAS No. 175013–18–0, 99.5% purity) was purchased from Dr. Ehrenstorfer GmbH (Augsburg, Germany). nZnO (CAS No.
1314–13–2, 99.9% purity, 30 nm average grain diameter) was purchased from Deke Daojin Science and Technology Co, Ltd. (Beijing, China). Other analytical pure chemical reagents used in this study were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co, Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The 8-OHdG ELISA kit was purchased from Hengyuan biological technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The chemical structures of pyraclostrobin and the transmission electron microscope (TEM) image of nZnO were illustrated in Fig. 1.
